Agreement
These terms govern your use of Endpoint Alpha (the "App"), published by PF DataStack ("we," "us"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and these terms.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's assets, puzzle logic, or source code.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
- Use the App in any way that violates Apple's App Store guidelines or applicable law.
Ownership
Endpoint Alpha — its name, story, puzzle designs, artwork, and code — is the property of PF DataStack. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you. Your license is to play the game, not to own any part of it.
Age requirement
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you're under the age required by your app store or local law to agree to terms like these on your own, you should have a parent or guardian review and agree to them on your behalf before you play.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version — particularly given how much of the game depends on real device hardware, which varies across iPhone models. We'll fix genuine bugs when we can, but we make no formal warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PF DataStack isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you actually paid for it, if any.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date above.
